Introduction / Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FusiMedia (the "Service"), operated by Fusi Media LLC ("Fusi Media," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

What Fusi Media Does

Fusi Media creates original, AI-generated artistic interpretations of places, landmarks, and other locations or themes based on prompts you provide. Using your prompts, the Service generates poster-style artwork that you may preview, and in some cases download or order as a physical print. Physical prints are produced and shipped on a made-to-order basis.

AI-Generated Artwork Disclaimer

• Artwork on FusiMedia is generated using artificial intelligence tools.
• Results are artistic interpretations and are not exact reproductions of any real place, landmark, skyline, map, building, or location.
• Generated images may contain inaccuracies, distortions, omissions, invented details, or other unexpected elements.
• Fusi Media does not guarantee that a generated image will perfectly match a real-world location, landmark, skyline, map, building, or your expectations.

User Prompts and User Responsibility

• You are responsible for the prompts, locations, names, and other references you submit to the Service.
• You may not submit prompts that infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
• You may not request illegal, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
• Fusi Media may block, reject, modify, or remove prompts or outputs that appear unsafe, infringing, or inappropriate.

Intellectual Property / Usage

• Fusi Media, its technology, site design, branding, code, and the Service remain owned by Fusi Media LLC or its licensors.
• Subject to successful payment where applicable, you may use your generated or downloaded image for personal use.
• Physical prints purchased through the Service are for personal or display use only, unless Fusi Media separately grants commercial rights in writing.
• Fusi Media does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are unique, or that similar outputs will not be generated for other users.
• Fusi Media does not guarantee copyright ownership or registrability of AI-generated artwork in any jurisdiction.

Purchases, Credits, and Payments

• Credits may be used for eligible downloads, clean (unwatermarked) images, print-ready images, or other features as described at checkout or in the app.
• Credits have no cash value and are not a bank account or stored-value account.
• Credits are non-transferable.
• Credits do not expire.
• Prices may change at any time without notice.
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Shopify, Stripe, or other payment processors.
• Fusi Media does not store full credit card numbers.

Made-to-Order Prints

• Physical products are made to order.
• Orders may be produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners, including Printify and its print providers.
• Shipping times shown on the site or at checkout are estimates only and are not guarantees.
• Colors, cropping, paper texture, borders, and overall print appearance may vary slightly between the on-screen preview and the physical product.

Returns, Refunds, and Defects

• Made-to-order products are final sale unless an item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or materially incorrect due to a production error.
• If you believe your order has an issue, contact support@fusimedia.com within a reasonable time after delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
• For valid defect claims, Fusi Media may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution at its discretion.
• Buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with the prompt or location you chose, color differences caused by your monitor or device settings, and simply changing your mind are not defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping and Delivery

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Fusi Media is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, customs, weather, or other events outside of our control.
• Risk of loss may pass to you after delivery confirmation, subject to applicable law.

Accounts and Login

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Fusi Media may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or security concerns.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Firebase, Google Sign-In, Shopify, Stripe, Printify, Cloudflare, Render, OpenAI, Google/Gemini, and other AI or infrastructure providers. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern your use of and interaction with those services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Submit prompts that infringe the rights of others, as described above.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attack the Service or its infrastructure.
• Engage in fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Use automated tools or bots to abuse the Service.
• Resell or transfer credits without Fusi Media's permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Fusi Media does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free generation, a specific aesthetic result, fitness for any commercial purpose, or the availability of any particular product, size, or style.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusi Media LLC's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Fusi Media for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

Fusi Media may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
