• Account information: name, email address, and login provider ID if you sign in using Google or another provider through Firebase.
• User-generated content: prompts, entered locations or landmarks, selected styles and sizes, generated images, and items saved to your library.
• Purchase / order information: products selected, credits purchased, order details, and shipping details where applicable.
• Payment information: processed by third-party payment processors. Fusi Media does not store full credit card numbers.
• Device / usage information: browser type, IP address, pages visited, logs, cookies or local storage, and diagnostics.
• Support communications: emails, messages, and any photos submitted for defect or order-issue claims.

How We Use Information

• Generate AI artwork based on your prompts.
• Save items to your personal library.
• Process credits, downloads, print orders, and checkout.
• Fulfill and ship orders through third-party partners.
• Provide customer support.
• Detect fraud, abuse, bugs, and security issues.
• Improve the Service and your experience using it.
• Comply with legal obligations.

AI Processing Notice

• Prompts, locations, and image generation requests may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate artwork.
• Please do not submit sensitive personal information in your prompts.
• Generated outputs may be stored to provide downloads, library features, print fulfillment, support, and quality or security review.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

• Shopify and other checkout providers, for transactions.
• Stripe or other payment processors, for payments.
• Printify and its print providers, for fulfillment and shipping.
• Firebase / Google, for authentication, storage, and related account and app services.
• Cloudflare, Render, and other hosting or infrastructure providers, for hosting, security, and logs.
• AI providers such as OpenAI and/or Google (Gemini), for generating images.
• Email or support tools, where applicable.
• Legal or compliance recipients, where required by law.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies for login, cart and checkout, credits, preferences, analytics, security, and performance.

Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Payments

Payment data is handled by payment processors and checkout providers such as Shopify and Stripe according to their own policies. Fusi Media does not store full card details.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain account, library, and order records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.

User Choices and Rights

You may contact support@fusimedia.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or for help with your account or privacy questions.

California Privacy Rights

• California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights, depending on applicable law.
• Fusi Media does not sell personal information for money.
• If Fusi Media uses cross-context behavioral advertising in the future, we will add or update a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism before enabling it.

Children's Privacy

Fusi Media is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

International Users

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
